Collect your UPC codes and receipts from WHOLESOME Blend® (Grain Free or Healthy Grain) or LIFETIME® Dog food bags 6.5 kg or larger.
When you have 6 UPC codes and receipts attached to redemption form, mail to us and we will send you a voucher for one (1) FREE bag of the same product.

Up to FOUR litters** a year we will provide $25.00 voucher towards one of our WHOLESOME Blend® Grain Free, WHOLESOME Blend® Healthy Grain or LIFETIME® All Life Stage or Puppy diets.
**To qualify litters a litter registration number and membership number is needed and you must be an active member.
